This is the end result. It looks so adorable on her. She loves that she can wash and brush her own hair without any help from mommy or daddy. She looks so grown up!

We discussed how short she wanted it and Rob suggested to her that she donate her hair to Locks of Love. Molly and I talked about what Locks of Love does and we went online and I showed her pictures of little children with no hair and explained that her hair would make them wigs. Molly was very excited to do it.

Haircut

Molly has been begging me to cut her hair like her cousin Annie. I finally relented and let her cut her hair much to my dismay and crying. This is how long it was before. It reached the bottom of her bum.

A little update

So it's been a while since I have updated my blog. Life has been crazy and I don't have much free time. The free time I do have I'm too tired to do anything but site and veg. As many of you know, Rob and I are expecting a baby in January. We are so excited and the kids can hardly wait. Molly is convinced that I am having twins. Heaven help us if that is the case. Gabe and Molly are always asking how the baby is doing. Molly loves to give my belly kisses and Gabe loves to sing to my belly.

I had a doctors appointment yesterday and Rob and I decided to take the kids with us so they could hear the heart beat. They were amazed. I have an appointment on Aug. 11 for an ultrasound to see if we can find out if its a boy or a girl (or twins!). I think that I will let them come to that appointment too.

So as soon as we find out what we are having, I'll blog again and let everyone know!

THE EASTER BUNNY CAME!!!

Gabe and Molly were worried that the Easter Bunny wouldn't be able to find them since we moved downstairs to the basement apartment in my parents house. So to fix that little problem, they made directions for the Easter Bunny to follow so he would know where to find them.
He made a sign with our name on it and taped it to the door that leads to the basement. He made sure that he put all members of our family.

Then he wrote a letter for the Easter Bunny and left him an apple and 2 carrots. His note was so cute. He apologized for setting a trap for him last year. The other letter is a thank you letter from the Easter Bunny.

He left this sign on the jeep that was in the hallway next to the storage room. He really wanted to make sure that the Easter Bunny could find them.

This sign was placed on a high chair that he pulled out of storage and put next to the bedroom door.

THE EASTER BUNNY CAME!!!! He had no trouble finding the kids with the help of all those signs. There was even evidence that the Easter Bunny came. He always seems to leave bunny butt(tail) prints at our house. He left them down the stairs, through the hallway and to the kids room. He even got tail fluff stuck in the door frame and under the Easter baskets.

The Easter Bunny even left bunny prints for my cousin Josh who is staying upstairs with my parents. When my dad saw the prints, he through a fit. He had no clue what they were and wanted to know who made the big mess with the powder so they could clean it up. Josh thought it was hilarious that Uncle Dale was so upset. He laughed so hard and loves to tell everyone about it!
